Low Carb, Full Flavor: Canadian Bacon, Smoked Sauage, Provolone Omelet

Trying to be creative so I don’t get bored with the same breakfast every day. Omelet’s have become my absolute go too. Eggs are a great source of protein and help to keep you full longer. This is funny because most of my life I have disliked eggs. Now I am a fan especially when you customize them any way that you want them. This morning, I tried an omelet using eggs, onion, jalapeno, provolone cheese, Canadian bacon, turkey and cheese-smoked sausage. It was one of my favorites so far. May not have had that many ingredients but the flavors were great, and it was very filling. Tell me your favorite omelet ingredients!
