Low Carb, Full Flavor: Easy Breakfast Scramble

Good morning! I hope everyone is having an awesome day 🙂 So this morning my omelet turned into a breakfast scramble. I didn’t use enough olive oil in the bottom of my pan because I was trying to do everything at once. Therefore, my eggs began to stick so I couldn’t flip it. That’s completely ok! LOL It just became a scramble instead. I also have not shopped yet since grocery day isn’t until the weekend. I’m starting to run low on my fresh ingredients. This tasted yummy and was extremely simple to make. This scramble has 3 eggs, 1/4 small onion, 1 jalapeno, 3 slices Canadian bacon, and 2 slices of provolone cheese. Of course, I had to have the heat and top it with a little siracha sauce.
